Stay Warm!!!!

Dangerously cold air is expected to spread across Kansas and most of the country in the next few days.
Frigid temperatures can pose risks to your homes and businesses. Taking action now could help prevent the need for costly repairs and disruptions to operations.
There are a few measures that home and business owners can take to help reduce the likelihood of experiencing frozen pipes or water intrusion. They include:
*Keep the temperature inside a building above 40 degrees Fahrenheit
*Develop a plan to have ice or snow removed from roof and sidewalks.
*Clear gutters and downspouts to allow water to freely move from the roof
*Seal windows and doors to keep cold air from penetrating the building.
*Have a response plan in place for addressing an emergency. This would include shutting off the water to the pipe that is leaking and having a list of local contractors to call for quick repairs.418937423_811441484313897_7271790430639977713_n
